If you are asking what is the root cause of this wholesale giveaway of our country? I would have never said this a year ago, but the deeper you dig, the think tank, Council on Foreign Relations has a lot to do with it. Many many members of our executive and legislative branches are members, a lot of policy comes out of this organization and becomes law.

No tax exempt status should be given to any corporation like this, no corporation like this should have such a hold on our government and such an influence on its policy. Government is supposed to be "by the people" and the nonprofit corporations like CFR, Council of the Americas, CSIS, Rand corporation have waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too much influence in our government and it isn't healthy for private citizens. (In fact the deparment of homeland security concept was developed by the CSIS and Rand corporation)

Believe it or not UN policies are at play here as well. Their collectivist ideology called sustainable development is one leg of this trade agreement and the US obligates itself to the UN when it ratifies treaties that require sustainable development policies be implemented as a condition of the trade agreement or treaty.
