Need confirmation that Judge Greer was definitely at Terri's federal crt hearing today? I already know for certain Joe Redner was there. Want verification on Greer attending fed crt today before I do any more posts about it.

I'm thinking....it's difficult......about who posted about the hearing and who was there. Said Judge W didn't let the ACLU lawyer talk.

BG, are you still here? Were you on this thread when the blog was linked from the guy who was in the courtroom and saw everyone who was there? Greer, Felos, Redner, Bushnell, atty. for Woodside, etc.?? I know the guy's name is Matt French, but nothing's coming up in my googling.

I read it, fv -- he said there were 9 people in the hearing.

I was told last night by people who attended the hearing that Judge Greer was not at the hearing.

Tampa Bay porn king Joe Redner attended the hearing.

Judge Won't Order Feeding Tube Reinsertion

ASSOCIATED PRESS

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -

0321schiavo-am A federal judge on Tuesday refused to order the reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube, denying an emergency request from the brain-damaged woman's parents.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge James Whittemore comes after feverish action by President Bush and Congress on legislation allowing her contentious case to be reviewed by federal courts.
