Just reported on another thread that Senators have issued something called de novo, which I guess is a procedure in law which forces a case to be retried, all old evidence tossed.

I do have the sense that Terri gets a reprieve because this is gruesome, and most people don't want to be seen as high-fiving it.

All of the players on the other side have an enormous disadvantage because they are trying to sell death as a good. We aren't that evil of a people to buy it, IMO. Additionally, the aesthetic surrounding them is extremely unatttrative, nobody in their right mind wants to be associated with it.
