Haven't you also suspected that poor Mr. Schindler probably supported MRS and Terri in their brief marriage? I don't think Terri made enough money at that insurance company to support MRS's lavish life-style.

I think I have found our problem. I read your last 100 posts and they are mostly, "good morning", "how are you" type. You are not well placed to say something and defend a position.
I shall add you to my, sadly, growing list of those on FR with more time on their hands than sense.

Please don't get into that malarkey. If I were M. Shiavo, I would be slinging libel suits like darts But you're not and don't understand that SCUMBAG will not do that because then people would have the ability to do extensive discovery to defend themselves and SCUMBAG greatly fears that.
I'm sure you and SCUMBAG would enjoy going out for a few beers together.

You are right, they do want the threads pulled. Also, I noticed that on some they want the discussion diverted to other topics. On one thread an anti-Terri poster kept posting continually, picking on everone and otherwise disrupting.

MRS is a public figure.
No.
Anyone who gives interviews on Larry King and Nightline has decided to become a public figure.

A public figure is anyone generally recognizable by the people. It need not be just royalty, politicians, athletes, or actors.

The anti-Terri C-Span callers went after the pro-Terri callers with a vengeance. It was gruesome! They are hysterical. But over all, I think there were actually more pro Terri callers than anti Terri. He let this one woman drone on and on forever it seemed with her venomous ideas about the Republicans and Tom Delay. Oh, how they hate us pro Terri types. LOL!

Wow, I'm surprised you took time out from defending your bosom buddy, THE SCUMBAG, to write that.

So how did Carol Burnett win who libel suit against the National Enquirer?
She's a public figure?
Enquiring minds would like to know.

"Haven't you also suspected that poor Mr. Schindler probably supported MRS and Terri in their brief marriage?" Yes; actually I remember reading that that was the case.

Of course. I understand that.
I was arguing the point that someone can't deny MS is a public figure when MS himself has chosen to make himself a public figure.

Hildy,
I'd like to know where you are coming from philosophicaly...
Do you support active euthanasia to be performed on people who are comatose, or in various degrees of vegetative states?
Also, do you support the Groningen Protocol?

Thanks, I'd be interested to see that thread about "de novo" ruling by Senate.
