I don't know. It will take more then that: somewhere, someplace, someone in the executive branch will have to be willing to defy a judges order in some case, somewhere, and fight it out to the end.
Actually Rep. Weldon was asked by Savage what can be done at this point. Savage said can people just go in there and prevent this?
Weldon said, well, yes they can [though he was not strong of voice at this]. But then he said the President can send in federal marshalls.
Im very uncomfortable about new laws from congress but we have a life at stake...
