I'm so relieved that God doesn't rely on you to tell Him when to do His work.
What a petty and condescending thing to say. You took my remarks totally out of context.
I just posted my thoughts, as have a few others on here who are getting slammed. It's a shame that people have to resort to cattiness just because they don't agree with you.
My instinct is that the woman should have escaped and called the authorities when she had the chance, PERIOD. Since she didn't, that tells me she was concerned with the murdere's welfare on some level. That is repugnant to me. My 21 year old cousin was brutally raped and murdered a few years ago, so I find it difficult to think such vermin can be redeemed. I do not think that makes me less of a Christian than others.
By meeting up with the killer again did not ensure the safety of herself or others. She took a chance, and it paid off. We can thank God for that.
Again, I found it interesting that she hit the talk radio/TV circuit right after her ordeal, when I would have thought she would have been with her daughter every precious moment. JMO.
