No they are not and the answer to whether they are out of control or not is am emphatic yes. Something needs to be done starting with impeaching Kennedy of SCOTUS for basing rulings on world opinion and personal politics.

A bone scan by a private clinic and reviewed by a Maine Medical Center radiologist concluded the old fractures on both of the child's forearms occurred when the baby was no older than 3 months.
