This is a bit absurd to have polling this far in advance of the next presidential election. I agree, but as along as Hillary is thinking of running for president in 2008 the pollsters will be bombarding us with polls until then. The Clintons are notorious for using pollsters and the Pollsters love doing it.

No kidding! What percentage would Kerry have gotten (among the democratic contenders) on March 11, 2001? I personally would have said, "John Kerry? The John Kerry that was the traitor during Viet Nam? You ARE surely kidding if you think he'd even RUN for the presidency!"
