God commands but isn't as totally involved in terms of direct emotional focus in the first 5 days(or periods) of creation but on the 6th day, God is intensely involved in a much more personal way in Man's creation!
God is ALWAYS TOTALLY involved in all things. To say that he isn't, is false.
I was arguing in terms of focus. When you look at how God speaks the rest of creation into being as to his more direct intervention and personal control over the creation of man you can't help but denote the change in personal focus.
God "sends forth his word into the empty places and they do not return to him void"; this seems to have been the case with the first 5 days of creation. But man was to be special and God was much more intensely involved with his creation.
That's all I was trying to say!
