We can do as the liberal judges do and accept this decision simply because we agree with the decision but the real story is the fact they cited foriegn law and custom and not the constitution to make that decision.

The hidden concern, for liberals should be how many fewer conservatives will now be willing to convict a juvenile who murders a liberal jurist.
