What I have never understood is how they can use the hearsay evidence of her husband that said she did not want to have her life sustained by a artificial means? Was Terri thinking about that type of artificial means that would help her when she required something to enable her to swallow? Michael Schiavo concocted the idea of the do not sustain story as soon as he learned she needed this feeding tube. This is not the same type of equipment required to sustain a person on life support, which is what most people think of when they talk about being sustained by artificial means.

They aren't SUPPOSED to use that type of evidence.

The law states that if someone doesn't leave a directive, then the court MUST err on the side of life.

Greer is sick. He is a @#$%^&*&^%$#@ sicko.

He is mixed up in this, but thinks if Terri dies, no one
will know.

Regardless, I think we should FReep his @$$ out of office.

It can be done. That other judge that let Carlie's murderer loose was like Greer and he is gone.
