I really do appreciate it.
To be honest, being deputized as a member of the "Pajama Patrol" carried its share of burdens.
While the mug itself was a thing of beauty, by owning it, I was laboring under a heavy weight.
Having to constantly wash out soda stains, milk, juice, and other liquid residue, every time that I put it to use.
It's analogous, in some ways, to the mission that Frodo is tasked with in the LOTR.
Maybe this is for the best.
