And you're about to become the red-headed step child ... good luck.
I don't care what he says one way or the other.
I like the guy, and I listen to him every day coming home from work. I admire his incredible success - at a relatively young age - based mostly on his passion and perseverance. Folks who don't like Hannity don't have to watch or listen. The ones who flame him incessantly are, well, IMHO jealous/insecure.
Thank you for your opinion. But in MY opinion, Hannity was still wrong to lump together a hundred thousand FReepers as irrelevant "fringe" lunatics. I will continue to watch FOX, however, and keep listening to conservative talk-radio. My brush isn't nearly as broad as Sean's.
Book?
He said way more than that. He said we have been taking over by radical elements and he never visits us anymore. Say what you want, but this site has become extremely moderate over the last few years, and in pretty much is a fair representation of the GOP party. Hannity was absolutely wrong and mischaracterized this forum in a lame attempt to promote his forum. He owes us an apology.
There is plenty of good analysis of what bothers conservatives about Sean's show in the Sean thread. To sum it up, he's a dilettante.
Sean, I thought you said you didn't come here anymore.
Let not your heart be troubled.
I wrote on the thread yesterday that if you spend 5 days a week, for 5+ years, in a studio with Alan Colmes, the occasional "brain fart" is to be expected, and excused...
Sean's okay. He just talks out of his rear end sometimes.
Ok, whatever.....But was it necessary to start a new thread?
People looked at the message board, which is what he wants.
If he runs his site like Trixie it will never have more than a hundred posters.
Maybe it we all buy a sleep number bed and promise to eat at Ruth's Criss Steakhouse he'll like us more?
Did you listen to the audio tape of his FReeper comments? He didn't just make some casual, offhand remarks...in fact, I rarely hear him as snide when speaking about/to liberals...
I didn't agree with what he said yesterday, but I'm not going to throw the baby out with the bathwater either.
he had a topic and good focus in the drive to the election. Since then he's scatter-shot all over the board. I prefer talk shows that find a couple or few issues each day and expound on them with insight, then open to discussion, and keep it on point without meandering too far.
Yes I did, see reply #7.
I still like him and don't think we should throw him out. He was wrong and owes un an apology though.
