To: Conspiracy Guy
This has been going on since October, when one guy retired, one left to build houses, and two got lured to another company. The resumes we get read like chronic unemployed and work release. The people we have interviewed lack basic skills. I have never seen it like this.

Where is your company located?
How much is your annual salary offered?
Are you willing to train in those with the aptitude?
Are you willing to consider "overqualified" ?

We're in Alabama. I'm overqualified and always will be so I don't have a problem with that. We over very competitive pay for this area, and starting pay would depend on the job and qualifications. Doubt you'd leave AZ for AL.
