Jim, I hope you will consider releasing the information you have about MD4BUSH, rather than wait for a subpoena. Normally, information about posters is not revealed. But when a poster uses the resources of FreeRepublic to engineer a scam, and the identity of that person becomes part of the story, can it not be released?

I found this thread interesting because of one line. MD6BUSH claimed to Stefen that O'Mally had "moved out of his house and into a highrise near City Hall." My daughter lives two blocks from the Mayor in a residential area of Baltimore known as "Beverly Hills," believe it or not. She's heard the rumors about the Mayor. But she also knows that he has NOT left home -- whatever the state of the marriage.

In short, I would have spotted MD4BUSH as a fraud immediately, if I had seen that particular post. This story is not complete until we know who MD4BUSH really is, and we have a chance to examine his/her motives in using FR to run a scam.
