To: an amused spectator

Personally, I thought the best commercial of the whole night was the utterly hilarious spot (I think it was for FedEx or something) that counted down the 10 cliches most often used in commercials. The spot was an absurd delight all around, featuring a waxen but game Burt Reynolds as the obligatory celebrity cameo, a talking (!) bear that kicks him in the groin, beautiful cheerleaders, a hit pop song ("don't stop believing" by Journey) and the bonus ending ("I loved you in Smokey and the Bandit").

oh yeah saw that one with burt reynolds.......and then, did you see later that a new movie The Longest Yard is gonna come out, with Burt Reynolds? Hmmm
