Yes, it's in the Bible, YES it was once done, BUT NO, it is NOT DONE TODAY, except in Islamist nations governed by Sharia Law. Why do you insist on making these ridiculous comparisons? The poster was trying to point out that our scriptures are not all full of sweetness, light, and fluffy kittens either. Condemning the Koran for its violent attitudes whilst ignoring the same in the Old Testament is rather hypocritical.
