I don't know what it is. Some program that keeps trying to access the net, and it's driving me crazy.

Don't know where I could have triggered it from, because I'm careful as to where I go on the internet.

There are basically two answers:

1. Learn to fix the problem
2. Learn to accept it

As for me, I decided to learn to fix the problem. This is not the same as "Tell me exactly what to do and I'll do it". It's learning how to do research about the problem. You must want to win.
