Spybot is "Spyblaster aware" and is set up to use both to prevent a broader spectrum of threats. Try it, you'll see.

Spybot is "Spyblaster aware"
To avoid confusion for others reading this thread:
"Spybot - Search and Destroy" is from:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
"SpwyareBlaser" (not "Spyblaster aware") and "SpywareGuard" are both from:
Javacool Software
"Spybot - S&D" is not "SpywareBlaster" (from Javacool) or "Spyblaster aware". (I've never heard of "Spyblaster aware".)
The differences between "Spybot - Search and Destroy" and "SpywareBlaster" can be cleary seen by visiting the following sites (both include screenshots):

HM,
Just meant that Spybot is aware of the existence of Spyblaster and adjusts to maximize coverage between both programs. Both have a valuable niche and work well together.
