Is Jay Sakelow's (spell?) legal organization still involved in this fight?? Haven't heard anything about him lately, and I wish he were involved today. Why wouldn't the ACLU get involved in a case about discrimination of a disabled person??

I don't know if it is true or not, but someone commented that ACLU was actually supporting Michael.

Yes, it is. It's the American Center for Law and Justice,
www.aclj.org The website has current coverage of the situation. Jay has a daily radio show, at 12PM EST. Yesterday the whole show was about supporting Terri, and the callers were supportive too. A large part of today's show was devoted to Terri.

Hannity is talking about Terri right now. He's on her side.
Just announced that her father will be on Hannity and Colmes tonight, and that he'll show the balloon tracking video.
Now reading an article to the effect that Terri and other disabled people in Florida are being denied equal protection under the law as required by the 14th amendment.
