I would prefer that no one post anything from CNN, ABC, CBS, NYT, and LAT as well, but thats never gonna happen.

If EJ is a legitimate new site (which of course it is) then ANYONE can post things here from that source. Excerpting can be enforced but thats it. The same would be true for the New York Times.

Whats more important, would be if a freeper posted a legitimate EJ story to the BREAKING, FRONT PAGE, or ACTIVISM SIDEBARS, would a closet-liberal Admin Moderator yank it from there SIMPLY because it came from EJ?

If that continues to happen I will certainly stop funding F.R. and probably go elsewhere.

Yes, there might be an "enemy within."

wrong. Our material is copyrighted and therefore owned exclusively by us. If permission is not granted, you may not take from it, excerpts or otherwise. If the Admin Moderator who started all of this wants to make a public apology and retraction of his crass attack, allowing posts from The Empire Journal on the sidebars as extended news and breaking news, if warranted, fine. Otherwise, my position remains as is. It would be very nasty to have to bring litgation against Free Republic for posting material without permission and I think they have already been through that.
