"In the controversial province of Kirkuk the Iraqi police and security were able to control the situation to a great extent. Nevertheless a blind bomb was able to kill one civilian. People I talked to from Kirkuk stated that the family of the innocent citizen insisted to vote before burying the body."

I saw this quote over at NRO and had to share it. These people insisted on voting before tending to their dead. That is determination.
