I'm disappointed that Tedward Kennedy won't be on any shows, explaining why he thinks the Iraq War is like his brother's Bay of Pigs fiasco.

Saw part of Tim Russert Show last night. Russert has a new hair style: little buzz-cut sprouts on sideburns, long, swept back hair falling to a pert page-boy at the back of his neck, if he had a neck. Could long fall be an extension?

Senator Kerry's hair dominated a pre-election sit-down with Mr. Russert. After watching a video of his l972 Senate slandering of U.S. military, the Senator sighed and wondered what had happened to the glossy mop of his youth.

The video was a lead-up for Mr. Russert to ask if Senator Kerry regretted his treasonous remarks, but to Kerry, the most compelling part of the video was the gorgeousness of his young man's hair.

Here is the transcript of today's Tim and Kerry show: no wmds, lying to American people, deception, Rumsfeld bad, Wolfowitz bad, Bush bad, new poll shows everything bad, Iraq election illegitimate, Suniis, Suniis, Suniis, not worth 1400 American lives, hubris, hubris, no wmds, deception, still wrong war, wrong place, wrong time, Rice bad, have to repair alliances, let French in, Bush bad, 55,000 Ohio votes, still questions about election fraud in Ohio, can't run fair elections in this country, maybe Iraqi military should oversee 2008 election, American people bad, hubris, majority Americans oppose war, hate Bush. Cheney's daughter still lesbian. Keeping options open for 2008, Barak Obama possible running mate. Who's your stylist, Tim; love the page-boy.

Thanks for the thread! I was wondering how they would try and spin the elections doing so well as a bad thing.

It's a GREAT DAY FOR DEMOCRACY AND FREEDOM IN IRAQ!

GOD BLESS THEM ALL!

The Iraqis showed that, yes the loss of American lives was worth it!
Thank you, Iraqis!

Semper Fi,
Kelly

PS Iraqi expatriates drove 11 hours from Seattle to Irvine, CA. JUST TO VOTE! Americans could learn something from these Iraqis!

Peter Jennings just before StepOnAllOfUs:

Sunny day helped turnout.

Can't tell yet how turnout is going.

Huge security required for elections.

Early turnout was huge dissappointment.

As negative as you could possibly make it.

MTP on Iraqi election:

Dr. Rice: 'It has gone better than expected...'

Kerry: 'It has gone AS expected...'

Kerry is now in his 'I can say nothing in 5,000 words or more' dissertation.

Kerry: 'I was for the election taking place...' [Oh? What about the wrong war at the wrong time in the wrong place???]

Peter Jennings tried his damnedest to find something negative in today's historic election. Condi put him down though.

You go girl!

OMG.

Russert just showed Kerry the picture of him looking at the president in the stands at the Inaugural.

Kerry said "I'm sitting in the wrong seat, aren't I?"

Russert replays the 'I voted for the 87 billion before I voted against it'. Tim is rubbing Kerry's nose it in and Kerry doesn't even realize it.

Kerry: 'I had a 4 point plan [that would have solved all the world's problems]'

[This whole interview it useless rehashing and whining and 'I could have done better'. It is a complete waste of good airtime. --But I'm watching to see if we get a 'doofus moment'. I have faith we will. After all, Kerry has seldom disappointed us in that respect. lol]

I have to give Russert credit. He is bringing up many of the 'uncomfortable' elements of Kerry and his campaign.

Of course, Kerry is spinning that all the ills were someone else's fault, etc.

Kerry is still saying he was in Cambodia---at another time, but he got confused. [He only made the claim some 50 times in various print and speeches.]

Russert: Sign form 180?

Kerry: Will be happy to put the records out. [Oh??? When????]

[Kerry just said he WOULD SIGN form 180 !!!! Of course, he said he released all his records during the campaign, too.]

Does everyone agree with me that Tim Russert has colored his hair?

I haven't seen MTP yet (it starts in a half hour), but I did see him on MSNBC yesterday talking about the election. He had his furrowed brow expression of concern as opposed to his jovial happy face on. But his hair was DARK.

6 of 10 Mass voters don't want Kerry to run for the Presidency.

[Even his own state doesn't care for him. lol]

I think that Condi and the 'pubs should have just boycotted the MSM today.

That would have sent a message.

You Freepers are just disgusting! You just don't see the benefits accruing to me. The main stream media has given me a great opportunity. While retired, I can still get a branch offices in NYC and DC and begin treating those pundits with Major Depressive Disorders.

At 200$ an hour (no discounts) I will make enough off George Stephanopolous to pay for one grandchild's education. From there I can hire others and before you know it a new major industry will be born. Freepers must, however, be kinder to my potential patients. Ridiculing them for their stupidity is bad for their self-esteem. Remember, my saying, "...thumper says if you can't say anything bad, don't say anything at all..." I am going to need help after this MSM, morale disaster. In the meantime send your 200$ to Jim Robinson if you really believe Iraq is a "quagmire." Maybe I can treat the entire RAT party via e-mail.
