And later Baghdad Bob tried to turn himself into the US Military but the patrol he waved down didn't know who he was... he tried to explain who he was and that he was "important" yadda yadda.... our guys radioed in and told him "we don't want you" and let him go.
So again later he tried to turn himself in, they took him, interrogated him, and then let him go. Guess he wasn't as important as he thought he was. LOL
(I know I only have 1/3 of that right, but it makes for a good story.)
I thought I heard he killed himself.
I am kind of glad he is alive though....I feel kind of sorry for the patsies in the regime.
