Why do you like TOPSY TURVY? Didn't all of those "horrible" operetta scenes take away from the movie? You,after all, have NO interest in G&S.Why did you see the movie in the first place? Are you a masochist? I never see anything I have no interest in. ;^)

You hum ballet scores? Now THAT is weird;especially humming "AFTERNOON OF A FAUN"!

Did somebody mention G&S? *LOL*

Hey nopardons, guess what show I'm currently involved in?

Not a lyrical, melodic bar of Gilbert or Sullivan in sight! I'm doing Sweeney Todd - Stephen Sondheim. Interesting, and vocally quite an atonal (in parts) challenge.

I happened upon the movie while flipping through the cable channels. I didn't actively seek it out. I have little interest in country music but enjoyed "Coal Miner's Daughter".

For me, the backstage theater drama and the personal stories were was the most interesting part of "Topsy Turvy". I got through the operetta scenes by going into a temporary fugue state.
