No there is no distinction between the two. You are confusing Redneck with good ol' boy. GWB is a good ol' boy not a redneck. Good ol' boys are smart self confident individuals who don't need to put on airs and enjoy the simple things in life. That's why Bush drives the libs crazy. He is not the dumba$$ redneck they think he is.
