I've been to Alexandria/DC and the summer weather is humid. Not my kind of heat. I do better when the heat's bone-dry.

Didn't Will Rogers or someone say the worst thing that ever happened to the country was air-conditioning, because before AC, Congress couldn't bear to spend more than six months a year in DC?
