Actually seismicity at St. Helens has declined a lot in the last month.
Growing domes can have collapses, etc. Weather has also been bad. Don't seem to be the slightest indications of any impending explosive eruption.
I agree. It has been low lately - low, but steady.
So either:
The pressure has been relieved and we can expect it to die down or
the lave dome that has been growing was blocking the pressure, and we can expect something major when the pressure finally gives
