Thanks... I'd read that somewhere on another thread but didn't know if it was accurate. I think it was stated he was an ex-prison guard after being charged or released due to maltreatment of inmates.... That I don't to be true either.
Does anyone know if the 10 years is consecutive type sentence or concurrent type sentence or does the military have that type sentencing. He was eligible for some 15 years or so if the maximum was handed down on each count. I heard some so called expert on tv state that the sentences for each count ranged in maximum amounts from up to one year on some, up three years and up to five years on others .
