also, in a realistic way, how many of those prisoners are insurgents with bad intentions, and how many are simply innocent men held under suspicion?

I've been in a few holding cells, and no cop has asked me to form a naked pyramid with other soldiers. This is no joke people, even *if* guilty, mockery by the people in command is nothing to laugh about. And thats only one picture of what we saw, god knows what is happening now.

I want to see the bad man rid of, but his verdict doesn't surprise me. I'm actually pleased because he should not be any sort of representative/precedence to go by. If they are jailed under god knows what conditions, let them have their food and sleep. Plastic bags on the head and dogs are not acceptable IMO. America doesn't do it to their own, why do it to them?

I don't have a problem with that. In a place where they are cutting off heads, the scumbag was lucky to be left alive.
