You're welcome. I'm doing my best, but W is sometimes talking faster than I can type. (and I can't understand half of what Bahbah is saying :)

I think he caught Mr. Cheney on a bad and busy day. My son was partially nervous being responsible for getting the Vice President's luggage to the airport. Makes you think of what the consequences will be if you lost any of it! He He. Lots of security and Mr. Cheney was tad bit grumpy at picture taking time.

Laura: "I don't know if that's enough consolation [to the wounded troops that Iraq is free and heading for democracy ]... I know that there are some people that don't care about Iraq. But I know that ALL Americans care about what happened on September 11."
Oh, Mrs. Bush if you weren't already married ...

I get the impression he does not like photos for photos sake, he is not a photo op man.
Yet the other day he was quite content to spend over an hour having photos taken with the Senators he had sworn in which IMHO is because he would consider this a part of history both for the country and their own families and history is something he and his wife are very passionate about.

GWB says those who've lost family members in the war most certainly don't want the US to get out of Iraq before war is over. It would then have been in vein.
BW asking again about WMD and asking if it was worth it. GWB: Absolutely it was worth it. So everyone understand where we were -- went to UN and said we had a problem and UN agreed and thus we drafted another resolution. We were convinced he had WMD's and regardless the tyrant (paraphrasing) is out of power and people are free.
BW asking about litmus test for SCOTUS and GWB said no there will be none. She tried to trick him by saying asking 'so you don't want to overturn roe v. wade"' and his response was -- I said there wouldn't be a litmus test. She then conceded she wasn't winning with him tonight. He's obviously very prepared for whatever she will throw at him.

Bahbah runs a fast interview--I can't keep up with her. So from now on "B" stands for Bahbah, "L" stands for Laura and of course "W" stands for W.
Get ready ladies, up next: Barney and Beazley and the Twins.
