I don't think anyone here wants the U.S. to become a theocracy. We've seen how tyrannical theocracies can be in the middle east, but I think it's equally dangerous(and unconstitutional) to ban religious expression or confine it to a designated building on a designated day. I say let everyone have their free speech.(Yes, I know. That includes satanists, too.)

Your point is well taken; but if the 'intent' is confrontational (ie. designed to offend), then instead of persuading anyone to consider the direction in life they have chosen, one is instead insulted; the result is often physical.
If Christians have the right to disrupt a Gay Outting; then a small group of Gay members have the same right to disrupt a Christian Outting. No one can win this game.
