***"I do not mind accepting the rulership of intelligent White people if they’re intelligent enough to rule," Farrakhan said. "But this madness that’s going on in Washington, I cannot let that rule me. I cannot let that determine the future of a people who are hungering to breathe free."***

So get out of our country!

Wait,,,,, you have 35 in your name, your post was #39, that leaves 4. The time was 12:XX:03, that's 15.

15 plus 4, well, that's 19!

Isn't that amazing how that works every time? :-)

ROFL!

ONE OF THE ODDEST ALL TIME SPEECHES IN AMERICA WAS FARRAKHAN'S AT THE MILLION MAN MARCH. THE EXCERPT BELOW IS WHAT RUSH USED FOR HIS HILARIOUS "MILLION MAN MARCH MATH" COMMERCIAL; BELOW ARE FARRAKHAN'S ACTUAL WORDS IN THE SPEECH:

There, in the middle of this mall is the Washington Monument, 555 feet high. But if we put a one in front of that 555 feet, we get 1555, the year that our first fathers landed on the shores of Jamestown, Virginia as slaves. In the background is the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorial, each one of these monuments is 19 feet high. FARRAKHAN: Abraham Lincoln, the sixteenth president. Thomas Jefferson, the third president, and 16 and three make 19 again. What is so deep about this number 19? Why are we standing on the Capitol steps today? That number 19 -- when you have a nine you have a womb that is pregnant. And when you have a one standing by the nine, it means that there's something secret that has to be unfolded.

So strange that Mr. Farrakhan uses freedom of speech (a DEMOCRATIC right, isn't it?) to lash out against democracy. Should any non-muslim speak out in an islamic country the way our good old Louis does, he'd be up for a problem or two. Forget about tolerance and peacefulness in islam!

Sounds like Chicken Lou Little is off his rocker again. If he thinks democracy is the "rule of the devil" he has no business being in this country. He should hightail it to the Middle East and blow himself up for the glory of true Islam. He will not be missed.

actually agree with Calypso Louie on that statement. Democracy is two wolves and one sheep voting on what's for dinner.

Yep - and the followup is "A republic is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote."

Louis Farrakhan: Even when he's right, he's wrong.

And where does Louis the corrupt live?

Chicago, so in all fairness he has experienced life in a totalitarian state.

* whites = "devils"
* blacks = "Gods"
* donations = 77 acre Michigan Estate and a Rolls Royce]

"Wait, aren't all of us white people devils?"

Of course we white people are devils. Didn't Farafreak say that the black man created the white man at their own peril or something like that?

'Democracy' is 'the rule of the people,'" the NOI leader explained. "But what kind of people?

Farrakhan's motives are suspect, but when he asks this question, "But what kind of people?", he has a point.

Although these claims are senseless, it may be good for all who love liberty to understand, as America's Founders did, that, in the history of the world, "democracies" have not provided security for the people's liberty--including freedom for religion.

As Benjamin Franklin left America's Constitutional Convention, he was asked what kind of government the Constitution provided (paraphrased). His reply was: "A Republic, if you can keep it."

Our Constitution's framers debated the merits of "democracy" and "republic." For years now, the revisionist historians, textbook writers, educators, and politicians have failed miserably in their duty to preserve the Framers' understanding of the kind of government that is capable of protecting liberty.

It's time we consult the writings of the men who wrote our Constitution. Last week, Dr. Walter Williams wrote a timely reminder on this subject. It can be found at many sites, including:

http://www.townhall.com/columnists/walterwilliams/ww20050105.shtml

The Internet makes it possible to search the complete writings of the founding generation. Armed with knowledge, ignorance can be countered with truth. A site which contains more references to the Founders on the subject of "democracy" vs. "republic" is:

http://www.wallbuilders.com/resources/search/detail.php?ResourceID=4

Suggest also John Quincy Adams' speech before the NY Historical Society on Tuesday, April 30, 1839, the Jubilee of the Constitution and the 50th Anniversary of the Inauguration of President George Washington.

J. Q. Adams, being the son of John Adams, was nine years old on the occasion of the Declaration (1776), eleven years old in 1787 (Constitution), and served as Minister to the Netherlands under President Washington, as minister to Prussia and to Russia, as Secretary of State, and as U. S. Senator. He was our 6th President, and from 1830 till his death in 1848, was a Congressman. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HE MAY HAVE UNDERSTOOD what kind of government had been provided for "the People" better than those who now glibly call it a "democracy"?

It should be no surprise that this story has not made it to the mainstream press. Very little of what he says makes it to the outside. The press often 'protects' the Great Unwashed from his statements for the same reason that we only see a highly sanitized version of what happens at your typical protest march.

Funny, this speech does not seem to be mentioned on the Nation of Islam's official website. Either NewsMax is lying or even his own people must have his message filtered.
http://www.finalcall.com/

You see, those of us who shop at Wal-Mart, beat our wives, enjoy NASCAR and drink Bud Lite simply lack the sophistication to go beyond the surface to see their essential message. All of this apparent 'offensiveness' really is just exuberant passion.

Therefore, only Our Betters in the Entertainment industry, the mainstream news media and academia will be able to see that what is on our screen is not a Jew-baiting, numerology spouting lunatic. Only the Most Gifted will see beyond what appears to be a fat-hairy woman wearing sensible shoes carrying a sign comparing Bush to Hitler.

We should be thankful that we have such sensible types out there judiciously deciding what it is they think we can handle.

Correct.

Anyone thinking "democracy" is the way to go is not very well informed.
