LOL, Actually the real St Hillary (not the one married to a former American president) is having her feast day on the 13th of January.

But I know exactly what you mean about a name being dragged through the mud. Just look at what Mz. Ciccone did to the name "Madonna".
You can always pray - for the aborted babies, their mothers and the clinic workers, including the abortionist. God always answers prayer!
You know, I'm pretty sure these workers must've been
receptive to those prayers, to finally have the strength
to walk away.
You're right. Proximity makes no difference.
But prayer does.
Thank you.
Would you say the following is a more apt description of the times?
"Religious indifference or practical atheism is growing rapidly. A large part of secularized societies lives with no reference to religious authority or values. For "homo indifferens," "Perhaps God does not exist, it doesn't matter, anyway we don't miss him." Well-being and the culture of secularization provoke in consciences an eclipse of need and desire for all that is not immediate. They reduce aspiration toward the transcendent to a simple subjective need for spirituality, and happiness to material well-being and the gratification of sexual impulses."

Congratulations!
The child's tiny heart beating was clearly visible at 2 1/2 months. How anyone could terminate that is beyond my comprehension.
And beyond mine as well, but it is not for us to judge. As my father has often said, "God made one perfect man and they crucified Him".
As you await with joy the birth of your 2nd child, please pray for those who will never see the light of day. Remember too, their mothers, the clinic workers and yes, even the abortionist. God answers all prayers.
Congratulations! Children are indeed a gift from God. All life is precious.
BTW - my neighbors had their 2nd child last year, 17 years after their first. The older one is now in college and the youngest one is barely a toddler. The parents are still glowing!
Yesterday I followed a link on livejournal and ended up in a livejournal group of i'm not sorry. It was so sick to read the latest post on that journal. The woman posting said while she waited she talked to the nurse about her life, job, cats, etc. The nurse told her she wouldn't want a baby right now, anyhow, since a baby wouldn't be as cute as the cats. I couldn't read any further. I feel sick when I read these, but try to just to affirm again why I am very pro-life.
<< .... even though the job is ugly, I was learning a lot about medicine. >>
I was in a meat-packing plant the other day.
And learned, I presume, a lot about animal husbandry?
You may be correct. I know we paid you here at FR for something... ;)
It is no wonder why Our Lord sweat blood in the garden. I feel a sudden urgent need to do penance.
What? Someone is paying me?
Well, they gave me a penny for my thoughts, and I gave them my 2 cents worth. Where's that extra penny? Must be the taxes. Bud dum crash (groan)
ProLife Ping!
If anyone wants on or off my ProLife Ping List, please notify me here or by freepmail.
Howlin, can you bring yourself to read this?
Why did you ping me to this thread?
Please read this and remember it the next time you are tempted to vote for a pro-choice Republican.
It's against FR rules to STALK posters and/or carry arguments from thread to thread.
Don't lecture me, you pompous @ss.
I didn't think you would be able to read it...
There are some Freepers around here who offer valuable opinioin and direction.
You aren't one of them.
Stop trying to bait me.
...(sigh)...
To dislike me as much as you do, you sure seem obsessed with me.
