The rich are definitely NOT paying their "fair share" --- they are paying way too much in taxes.

Some wag joked that "neocon" is a combination of two words: "Con," meaning "conservative," and "neo-," meaning "Jewish." Origninally used to refer to leftists (many of whom were Jewish) who came over to conservatism, these days it's used by the Buchananites and the Looney Left to refer to an alleged cabal within the government who subvert US foreign policy to support Israel's interests. In short, it's a codeword to express the old dual-loyalty libel.
This quip is my one beef with this article. The author has obviously never seen a closeup pic of Katherine Harris - "stone fox" is the term that springs to mind.
