Kerry Lawyer: No Conspiracy, No Fraud in Ohio- Bush Won

MSNBC ^ | 12/28/04

"There are many conspiracy theorists opining these days. There are many allegations of fraud. But this presidential election is over.

"The Bush-Cheney ticket has won. The Kerry-Edwards campaign has found no conspiracy and no fraud in Ohio, though there have been many irregularities that cry out to be fixed for future elections. Senator Kerry and we in Ohio intend to fix them.

"When all of the problems in Ohio are added together, however bad they are, they do not add up to a victory for Kerry-Edwards.

"Senator Kerry's fully-informed and extremely careful assessment the day after the election and before he conceded remains accurate today, notwithstanding all the details we have since learned."

Kerry's lead attorney in Ohio, Daniel J. Hoffheimer

Query the FR database on the keyword election for a start. Or it might be easier to go through all the threads and throw out the ones that don't have anything to do with the election. Until the tsunami, there weren't very many that didn't have anything to do with the election!

Yes I realize that is the case. What I am referring to is I would like to see a list published by our side detailing all of the abuses that they perpetrated.

There is some kind of vigil to happen in front of Kerry's home in Boston on new years eve. I heard the crazy organizer on Howie Carr about an hour ago.
Unless you are making money from crazy ideas like this, why would you do them?

Chief justice refuses to remove self from vote challenge

Associated Press

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Chief Justice Thomas Moyer of the Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to remove himself from a case challenging the results of the presidential election.

Moyer also rejected a request by voters challenging the results for a speedy hearing and an order that election boards preserve evidence from the election.

The voters and their attorneys filed poorly documented affidavits that contain hearsay, don't indicate who the people making statements are and don't explain what their statements have to do with the election, Moyer said.

Add St Louis County Minnesota to the list of things to look into. The county had 10% new voters.

Lurking over in dummie land this morning I was struck by the either blatant hypocrisy, or stupidity of so many of the dummies that keep making statements about preserving the constitution and our democracy. That if this election is not overturned the country will fall.

Where there is so much evidence out their of dummie tricks and cheats during the election, not just in Ohio, but nationwide, their complaints ring particularly hollow and self serving.

I remember one county in Ohio where the dims were caught trying to register more voters than people who were on the offical U.S. census for that county.

In another county in Ohio, the NAACP was caught paying crack heads with crack to register voters. They got caught because Mary Poppins, and Donald Duck, et al were found not to live in the county.

The astounding thing about the three exhibits used by the plaintiff in this case is that, as shown by the decision, they were totally inept and inadequate. Any affidavit, to be legally valid, must be sworn to before a notary and be based on the direct personal knowledge of the affiant. That's the minimal requirement showing the affiant is legally competent to testify to the materials recited in the affidavit. These creeps can't even come up with a legally competent affidavit to support their case after nearly two months of trying.
