Full moon is great, the snow is
sadly, gone. I have some nice pics
of it though. Best way to enjoy it.

Had snow on Mauna Kea in October. Didn't last but a day. We'll see more this winter though, when the cloud cover lifts. Some times it comes down to the 8000' level; Mauna Loa too. It's a sight to see.

Makes the astronomers unhappy though. They schedule time on the telescopes far in advance; If there's a winter storm up there during their scheduled time, they loose out.
