Is our war really a political one against terrorism, or is it a spiritual one against a demonic religion known as Islam?
Based upon the evidence I have presented from the Koran and from history, I think the answer is obvious. We are not engaged in a war against terrorism. Terrorism is a means, not the source of the struggle. Terrorism is a tool of those waging the war. To say this is a war against terrorism is equivalent to saying World War II was a war against U-Boats, V2 Rockets and Kamikaze planes. No, World War II was a war against Fascism. The current war is one against Islamic Fundamentalism.

Except that it would be like leaving Nazis around in Germany and elsewhere after the war, free to follow their faith. We are much more hesitant to lock up muslims than we were/are to lock up Nazis (even NOW old Nazis are still sought out and put on trial).

Japanese had the Shinto religion. Germans had Nazism. Both were told that the world was "theirs" to conquer essentially by divine right. This is again the situation with radical muslims. 9/11 was a sign to other muslims that the US WAS vulnerable to attack, "rise up". Some merely rose up in the streets to cheer. Others like Charles Bishop/Bishra (the Tampa teen kamikaze), Robert Reid (the shoe bomber), Johnny Taliban, and the DC sniper duo DID something.

Our war on terrorism is a war on radical Islamic terrorism (not Catholic/Protestant terrorism in Ireland, not the radical environmentalist terrorists of the world...).

Since we are being browbeaten to only act after the fact and only to collect those who can be proven to have committed "actual" crimes (not just mere membership in a radical mosque or terrorist training cell) we are fighting this war with one arm tied behind our back.

I can assure you that the muslims in this war are perfectly willing to kill innocents of ANY stripe (including muslim children) to reach their target. They certainly do not adhere to the Geneva Conventions and cannot be prosecuted for war crimes they commit. Their horrors compel me to call it Islamonazism, not simply Islamofascism (radical Islam). It helps to drive the point home.

War is never politically correct.
