Huge casualties are being reported following tidal waves and earth tremors in countries across southern and eastern Asia.
Sorry about the repeat of the article.
Any word on whether or not this is Bush's fault?
No but it probably was caused by global warming:')
I didn't hear about that
Yet good news for Surfers...
Not quite sure how to take the jokes about this disaster. Not funny at all imo.
Southern India is now reporting casualties aswell. Tidal waves have killed at least 26 there.
Luckily my wife is in Punjab India right now - no danger of waves - but I worry about the earthquakes.
Tsunamis can travel at 500mph or more.
My prayers will be to those who are affected by the quakes and the tidal waves. I pray that no more will be hurt, but that is unlikely.
He did not have an exit strategy, nor a post-earth quake plan for when the shaking stopped!
All the news sources that I used are using the term tidal wave. Either way, terminology should not be our highest priority right now.
My stepmother is visiting in the Philipines right now, which is quite a distance from this activity, but not that far....

That would truly be horrendous. Something of End-Time proportions. By the way it is the one year anniversary of the Bam earthquake that hit Iran. It killed 26,000 people.
Around 25 people have been killed in Madras in the south of India.I don't think anything serious will happen in the interior parts of India other than a few tremors.
