(AP) A freight train carrying chlorine gas struck a parked train early Thursday, killing eight people and injuring at least 200 others, nearly all of them sickened by a toxic cloud that persisted over this small textile town at nightfall.....

This is considered a "large scale incident" and we had warning there would be more dead earlier this evening.
This number seems to be growing.
