I don't see anything there that addresses the salient point. If Congress can override the Supreme Court, why do we need amendments? Beyond that, what happens if the Supreme Court finds HR 3920 unconstitutional?

The Constitution provides:
- Congress can remove the cases from the federal courts(regulation of jurisdiction), or remove the judges from the case (impeachment/removal)
- HR 3920 is plainly Constitutional. Ignore the opinion. What is SCOTUS going to do: 1) blow up Congress and the White House; 2) March on Washington; 3) join the Taliban?
