According To One Of The Hostages In The Hijacked Bus Terrorists Have Bag Full Of Grenades

Athens. According to one of the hostages in the hijacked bus, whom a Greek media managed to connect to via phone, terrorists have a bag, full of grenades, AFP reported.

As AFP announced earlier, three armed men have hijacked an intercity bus travelling from the city of Marathon to Athens. The bus driver, who managed to escape, has said for a Greek radio station that there were three hijackers involved, and two of them are armed. Police believes that hijackers are Albanians.

A large security perimeter has been established around the hijacked intercity bus in Athens, Greece. The area is closed by police with ambulances standing by. According to the driver, hijackers have opened fire at the police but the information hasn’t been confirmed.

RIA Novosti announced one of the terrorists said he is Russian and his name is Hassan.

I was suspicious when I read that they were going to let all the passengers out in Russia. Right.

Then you have to wonder why chechens would want to take a plane to Russia. It's not like they're very welcome there.

So I think that is what they want the plane for.
