Many thanks, trooper (and of course, thanks even more for your distinguished service). Atlas isn't too happy with me at present. We went to the vets for routine booster shots, and he weighed in at 89, a gain of about 8 since spring (although he doesn't look fat). So the word has come down: the one pig ear a day habit is over, and what few table scraps he had been getting have been cut off.
I keep telling him it's for his own good, but he's not buying it.
Oh no! Not Maddie's sweet potato pie the Pigs ears! LOL. I can only imagine what my Mastiff/Ridgeback mix would have to say about that!
