Who’s Watching the Store in Ohio and Elsewhere?

Who’s Watching the Store in Ohio and Elsewhere?
And, do They Have Expertise in the Area of Detecting Computer Hacking Attempts – From the Left?

If we think it’s over we’re fooling ourselves.

It’s not likely that the John Goti, Michael Moore, George Soros, and “Science in the Public Interest,” wings of the Democratic Party have given up, and they very well may have some help from unexpected places.

There are all too many “Birkenstock Techies,” Cyber-Anarchists, etc, who know exactly how to do the very things they accuse our side of doing – hacking into the computerized records and changing them in their favour.

And there are more than enough of the old-school city machine/Made-Guy Dems around to care of simpler matters like mere punch cards.

They have managed to convince themselves – with the help of “Objective Studies,” from their operatives in the scientific, statistical, and engineering communities (e.g. at the Survey Research Centre of the University of California at Berkeley). that the election was stolen from them.
And so there’s little chance that they feel any compunctions about doing some vote stealing.

And they can count on plenty of financial aid from their pet financiers.
And so they can well afford any necessary instruments they may not have already.

They are likely aiming in on Ohio and possibly Florida.

And they very well may have help from unexpected sources -
both here and abroad.

That the European Left hates our President, wants nothing more than for him to be out of office, and will stoop to nothing to obtain that end short of anything that might bring them open embarrassment or hurt their investment portfolios – should come as no surprise.

They there is strong evidence that they already used what governmental resources that happen to be at their disposal – including intelligence and SOs., for this purpose.

There is strong evidence they did this in the matter of the African Yellow Cake uranium – were they seemed to have purposely set up the Administration for embarrassment (see: September 6, 2004, WT,”Italy eyes French ruse to dupe U.S. over Iraq, Bruce Johnston, London Telegraph).

So, it would be reasonable to suspect that they might try that type of thing again, by aiding their Comrades in the American left in the matter of the vote recount – if they think they can without being caught red handed.

In addition:

What of those of our own intelligence community who seemed to be disaffected from our President and his Administration?

It is a terrible thing to think of, but can we reasonably rule out the possibility that some of them may put their special skills at the disposal of an attempt to affect the outcome of a recount?

Particularly, if they truly believe that they are “restoring” the genuine outcome, and overthrowing what they wrongly think is an illegitimate regime?

Sadly, at least on the surface the GOP organization seems oblivious to these possibilities. Claiming when asked to the effect that “everything is under control.”

Well, I hope to G-d there are right about that, but I’d feel negligent if I didn’t take the time to voice my concerns.

Take a breath. The OH election has been certified and in a few days the electors will cast their votes. That's IT.

Because they know it's a joke and can't be bothered trifling with such nonsense? Anyhow, correct me if I'm mistaken, but I think once the electors cast their votes, only Congress has the authority in the matter--no judges, no courts, none of that.

First of all, there's nothing to the "case." The whole point of this is to attempt to change election law for the future (making it possible for just about anyone, with or without an address, citizen or not, to vote, and for the Dems to contest any win) and to throw slime on Bush's win.

Yep, no matter what happens it is all in the hands of the Congress. No court can usurp their Constitutional authority to resolve a dispute in the election should it arise. There is no possible way the Dems can steal this election short of some kind of coup.
