At the risk of being called a racist, (which I am not) I will tell you all what my husband told me.
He works at the Post Office with a lot of African-Americans, and his best friend out there is a black woman that he works with.
She said she was going to vote for Kerry, he didnt' really try to talk her out of it, because he respects her and has to work with her. Anyway, SHE TOLD HIM that it would be good for Bush if it rained on election day, becaused (her words) "Black people don't go out in the rain to vote".
