Woo hoo! Just heard back from Kristinn. He's talking to the people at Walter Reed. Sounds like we may be able to invite some of the recovering soldiers to the ball. Will know more later.

Wow, that's wonderful! "Zelig" and I will send a donation momentarily to help sponsor these or any special FR W2 Inaugural Ball guests.

JimRob, Kristinn --

Truly an awesome idea, Jim. Bless your heart for thinking of our wounded heroes.

Kristinn, if you have any problem at Walter Reed, let me know -- I have some good friends in the right places who have been working with some of those wonderful soldiers at Walter Reed for quite some time. You know how to reach me if you need to.....;)

Does any of your guests needs something to wear? I won't be needing my Knights of Columbus formal! TaxDeduction1 would look stunning in it (along with my coat :-).

I think I would rather have a Soldier or Marine attend in my place. I will forward a donation for that cause.
