The DWP was carrying out a "routine software upgrade" on Monday My experience has been that the better managed IT shops save their upgrades for safer times than on Monday -- most of them want to have enough time to back out of an upgrade, particularly a disastrous one like this.

I saw the headline, and just
knew that the sulprit would be microsoft.
I don't understand how anyone could trust any serious data to microsoft products.

Must have been a virus named something like "heidi-klum-naked.exe" and spread through email. If someone didn't know any better, he'd have opened a file like that!

Never, EVER upgrade!!!!!!! I'm still running Windows '68 and can't relate to anyone who's ever had a computer problem.
That's what they get for upgrading!
