Thought you might like to see the story behind the headlines, in which a Chilean reporter says,"All of us journalists agree that President Bush looked like a cowboy. It was total breach of protocol. I've seen a lot of John Wayne movies, and President Bush was definitely acting like a cowboy."

It seemed VERY odd to me that the President's body guard was blocked. I would say THEY are breaching protocol.
In fact, I've been uncomfortable about the trip with the demonstrations prior to his arrival.
