Vang claims he was walking away, heard ethnic slurs, turned around and saw one pointing a gun his way (I don't remember if he claims they shot one round off) and that's when he fired back.Unfortunately for him you don't get to shoot people over ethnic slurs. The only reason this might go to trial is that Wisconsin doesn't have a death penalty to plea bargain away.

Unfortunately for him you don't get to shoot people over ethnic slurs. Actually, I think that was a part of several Democrat 'hate crimes' bills ... Being 'offended' is equivalent to being 'assaulted' in many parts of the liberal world.
