the guy is a loose cannon. He needs a long vacation at minimum. He's not acting judiciously. It's not good for judges to be abusing their position in this manner.
You're absolutely right. Even if she had it purposely go off, which I seriously doubt, she probabley didn't realize it was on, like she said, you just take the phone away, and go on. So what if she's an idiot. You can't give a person three weeks in jail for a cell phone ringing that's rediculous.
